Industrial

Business case #5

Background:  an aerospace equipment manufacturer with industrial sites in France and abroad wants to convert all of its industrial systems to Industry 4.0.  It needs to build a team and we are helping them to recruit a leader for this project and an expert in digitalisation (creation of new jobs).

Recruitment challenges: the challenge when recruiting for these two positions is finding candidates who have previously worked on factories of the future with other manufacturers and who can lead this transformation project for a whole company.  In addition to technical expertise, it will require people who are capable of analysing and diagnosing production systems, proposing tools and solutions, and leading the transformation project up to the commissioning of the new production lines.

Added value provided by the firm/Skills used:  our expertise in the industrial sector means that we have access to a large network of people who have worked on continuous improvement and factories of the future. We immediately drew on this network to find relevant profiles for the posts to be filled.

Result and recruited profile:  we presented the client with several profiles who would be able to meet these challenges and together we chose candidates able to fill the positions and lead the factory of the future project for the whole company.
