Background:  a large French group specialising in the operation of water and waste treatment plants seeks a member for its executive board. The group has a turnover of €9 billion and 40,000 employees.

Recruitment challenges: the recruitment challenge is to find a candidate suitable for a position at this level who is able to interface with high-level profiles and handle the strategic and operational problems of large international groups.

Added value provided by the firm/Skills used:  our specialisation in the environment and energy sector means that we have an extensive and active network of leaders and executive board members in large companies. We were therefore able to find relevant potential candidates quickly and efficiently.

Result and recruited profile:  we were careful to present our client with potential candidates who all had high-level profiles but were from different sectors and had different soft skills. Our aim was to offer an exhaustive range of know-how and soft skills to give the client choice and place the most capable profile and the one best able to adapt to the constraints of the job and the corporate culture.
