For 30 years, our consultants at CredeyAssociés have been seeking and identifying companies’ future talent. Their objective is to support both candidate and client in the matching process.

Having built up networks in specific sectors and job areas, our consultants have market data at their fingertips on the attractiveness of a position or company. This enables them to help organisations build teams to fit their strategy.
Whether hiring directors, executives or team members, every assignment is led by a consultant specialised in understanding the need, analysing the constraints, and targeting the solutions. Our consultants may also suggest alternatives to the client’s specification.

Curiosity is a quality that helps our consultants to enrich their knowledge for the benefit of each assignment.
They make site visits to see the geographical location of a company, understand its culture and speak to employees to understand what they do.
This ensures their knowledge of the position is founded in reality, enabling them to build a relationship of trust with candidates during the hiring process.

Creativity

Creativity may mean expanding the scope of a position, or being able where necessary to change a company’s requirement and work with it to develop a new specification.

The ideal profile is not necessarily the one that the client originally thought.

Honesty means communicating transparently to foster a long-term working relationship.
It may mean ‘enhancing the value’ of a job description using information gathered during the observation phase of our process, which we share with the candidate.
