Our team
We sincerely believe that the quality of the relationship between its partners is a company’s strength.
The complementary nature of our profiles is the key factor of our success. We each contribute our own expertise, talents and even contradictions… Paul is an intuitive with a background in law and HR; Delphine studied psychology and has a very practical approach. Baptiste began his career in commercial intelligence and thinks analytically. Our individual strengths enhance our work together. We have learned to use our differences to create positive synergies.

Solidarity has always been an important value for our partners. We have made it part of the CredeyAssociés culture.
It creates a sense of mutual support within our teams, but most of all it enables us to meet challenges and to ensure our clients always receive an excellent standard of service.
We make a point of prioritising simplicity in our work and our communications. Years of working together have taught us to be clear and direct and to avoid any unnecessary complexity. Keeping things simple guarantees transparency for our clients and ensures our day-to-day communications are effective.
We aim to relate to one another naturally and authentically. We prefer honest, human interactions that enable us to build solid, sustainable partnerships.
We all share a positive mindset, which means we tend naturally to be both curious and enthusiastic—essential qualities when it comes to reaching out to others, seeking to understand something, or promoting a role, a company or a sector.
Our meeting was not just the result of luck; it was also due to a shared ambition. We love finding a balance between the strengths in a team, since this means that much bigger challenges can be handled than individuals can manage on their own.
